Habitat for humanity

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity (GDM Habitat) brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. GDM Habitat is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry founded on the conviction that every person should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. 
Join a group from Holy Trinity to work on a scheduled build. 
  • The group will be notified several weeks before the build. 
  • The group consists of 5 to 20 people from our church.  
  • Be involved as your schedule allows.
  • The Ankeny Circle of Faith panel build events occur once a year.
  • All skill levels welcome.
  • Volunteers must be 16 years old or older.  Those individuals 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent.
