Holy Trinity Food Pantry:
Sharing Food & Hope
Holy Trinity Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays, 12:00-6:00 pm, offering food to those in need.
We do not have quantities to be the only food provider for a person or family, but we are glad to offer help to supplement your needs. We are a choice pantry meaning that you will choose the product you desire, with quantities determined by family size. You are welcome to visit as often as weekly if you have the need. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
We welcome all who live north of I-80 or Meredith Drive, east of highway 141 and south of the northern Polk County border. You must provide a valid photo ID with current address.
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is located at 517 SW Des Moines Street in Ankeny. Enter through the Food Pantry doors located off the south parking lot.
You are invited to experience the hope that comes from Jesus in worship at Holy Trinity and in any of Holy Trinity’s many ministries.

The call to love others is rooted in the love shown to us on the cross by Jesus who gives life and hope to all people:
We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us - and we ought to lay down our lives for one another. How does God’s love abide in anyone who has the world’s goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help? Little children, let us love, not in word or speech, but in truth and action. 1 John 3:16-18
