Connect with a group
At Holy Trinity we have developed a network of small groups that encompass aspects of support, study, social, and serving that allow us to connect with God and with one another. We invite you to make a connection with one of these ministries so that your connection with God may grow.
Life comes from the Holy Spirit speaking through the scriptures in the midst of the community. It is through Jesus that we find life, and the Spirit works in the midst of these groups to bring life to its members and those they serve.
Small groups usually consist of 3-12 people that meet on a regular basis. Some groups meet weekly, while others meet monthly or even quarterly.
Need help finding the right one for you? Contact Holy Trinity.

Stephen Ministry At Holy Trinity
Sometimes the most important thing we can do for another person is simply be there.
Stephen Ministry has been an important part of the caring ministry of Holy Trinity for many years. Stephen Ministers walk alongside people experiencing difficult seasons of life, offering a listening ear, prayer, encouragement, and a caring presence.
Stephen Ministers receive extensive training in Christian caregiving and ongoing support as they serve. They learn how to listen well, offer care and encouragement, maintain confidentiality, and walk alongside another person through the challenges of life.
We are looking for a few people to join this ministry.
You don't need professional experience in caregiving. What matters most is a willingness to listen, to care, and to make room in your life for another person.
If you'd like to learn more about becoming a Stephen Minister at Holy Trinity, please talk with Pastor Travis. A conversation is a chance to learn more and discern whether this ministry might be a good fit for you.

Apprentice Groups: Learning to Live Like Jesus
What if following Jesus meant more than learning about Jesus?
Apprentice Groups are a two-year journey of spiritual formation through James Bryan Smith's The Good and Beautiful series. Through Scripture, conversation, and soul-training exercises, we will explore the God that Jesus knows and what it means to follow Jesus in the way we live.
This is more than a Bible study.
Apprentice Groups require a real commitment. The reading matters. The soul-training exercises matter. Showing up mattes. Your participation matters.
Participants are expected to keep up with the reading, practice the soul-training exercises, come prepared, and participate fully in the group. Plan to miss no more than one session each semester.
You don't have to have it all figured out. You do have to be willing to show up and do the work.
THE COMMITMENT
Two years. Four books. A community of apprentices.
You'll need to purchase and read the four Good and Beautiful books and commit to the rhythm of the group.
This year's group is limited to 10 people.
APPLY
The application asks two simple questions:
What do you hope to gain from this class?
What do you hope to give back to those in the class?
Apply to become an apprentice
WHAT IF THIS IS THE NEXT STEP?
You don't have to know exactly where this journey will take you.
You simply have to be willing to take the next step.
Come and discover the good and beautiful life Jesus invites us to live.

Help Us Encourage Our College Students with our College Connection Program

You don't have to know a student personally to make a difference. Even a simple note or prayer can provide encouragement during a busy or difficult season.
