Covid-19 precautions & guidelines
COVID-19 – CURRENT POLICIES AND PRACTICES – August 20, 2020
The church building is closed for activities and meetings through October 18, 2020. The next date for review is September 18, 2020.
- The Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays from Noon to 4 PM – drive up service only.
- The staff may work in the building when necessary and to record videos for ministry.
- The pastors may (not must) arrange for funerals, baptisms, and weddings in a way that maximizes safety and the health of the participants.
Any gathering of people in the building is restricted to no more than ten persons. Funerals may gather up to forty persons.
All gatherings of any group, inside or outside, must maintain distancing guidelines – a minimum of six feet. Participants must wear a facemask for inside gatherings of a group in the church, a home, or other meeting place.
Persons who are running a fever, experiencing any undiagnosed symptoms of illness, or are identified as “at risk” according to the CDC, should not participate in any gatherings. Frequent use of hand sanitizer/soap is expected.
