Thanks be to God for gifts given to our various ministry partners during “God’s work. Our hands.” giving emphasis. The congregation was invited to shop for gifts, write out cards, donate funds and needed supplies, deliver joy, and serve with our hands so that the clients of our mission partners might know God’s love this season.

Operation Turkey Sandwich - COMPLETED! THANK YOU!
On November 26 & 27, Holy Trinity members assembled and delivered over 300 lunches to individuals who worked on Thanksgiving Day as part of our annual Operation Turkey Sandwich giving project. |

LSI Refugee Support - COMPLETED! THANK YOU!
Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) received 19 quilts, 96 rolls of toilet paper, 3 lotions, 10 conditioners, 4 shampoos, 2 deodorants, and 1 shaving cream, helping support refugee families resettling in our community with essential household and personal care items. |

Hope Ministries - COMPLETED! THANK YOU!
Hope Ministries received a wide variety of essential personal care and clothing items to support men in need. Donations included 15 bottles of lotion, 4 body washes, 1 shampoo/conditioner, 49 individual deodorants, 10 cans of shaving cream, 6 packs of shaving sticks, 4 individual toothbrushes, 13 packs of white briefs (approximately 8 per pack), 1 pack of socks, and 2 pairs of indoor shoes. These items will help meet daily hygiene and clothing needs. In addition, our youth put together pod packets and individually picked out a variety of toys for the children at the center. |

Trinity Center Gifts - COMPLETED! THANK YOU!
Trinity Center at Luther Park, serving residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, received a generous collection of comfort, care, and activity items. Donations included 22 lotions, 7 body washes, 3 shampoo/conditioners, 20 pairs of socks, 17 stuffed toys, 31 packs of crayons/markers, 14 packs of toothbrushes (about 5 per pack), 27 packs of toothpaste (about 2 per pack), 10 packs of combs (about 4 per pack), 41 puzzle books, 6 boxes of Kleenex, 8 blankets, 5 nail polish sets, 4 deodorant packs, 12 jewelry sets, and 6 sweaters. These items will be used as Christmas, birthday, and BINGO gifts throughout the year. |
