Share God's Love
The mission of HTLC is to Share God’s Love. We share that love with those who struggle to find a place to belong in this world, those who long for something to believe that gives life meaning and purpose, and those who desire to become what God created them to be. We would like to share God's Love with you.
All are welcome!
I have set my bow in the clouds, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant that I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.” (Genesis 9:13-17)
When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless. And I will make my covenant between me and you, and will make you exceedingly numerous.” (Genesis 17:1-2)
All are invited to worship:
Saturdays: 5:30 pm
Sundays: 8:30 & 10:00 am
Wednesdays: 6:00 pm
m&m'S FOR WORLD HUNGER
Visit the Red Wall to grab a tube of M&M’s or pick up a tube from an usher after worship this weekend. These tubes will quickly move from feeding our sweet tooth to feeding the hungry; from celebration to Lenten giving. Each tube holds $14 of quarters (cash and checks fit too). Our goal is to raise $7,000 for ELCA World Hunger. Please return M&M tubes on or before Maundy Thursday.

If you feel a little overwhelmed by the turbulence and darkness of spirit all around us; if you are looking for a way to re-orient yourself in a changing world; if you want to make Lent 2018 a time of spiritual renewal, you are invited to participate in a study called Radical Spirit.
For five Wednesday evenings, beginning on February 21, we will gather to study freedom and authenticity in the Christian Life. The sessions will begin at 7:15 pm led by Pastor Tim Olson.
The study is based on a book by one of the most well-known and artful spiritual teachers of our age, Joan Chittister. Her book, Radical Spirit will be our guide. You can purchase the book and read along or you can just follow along with the discussion. We will have some of the books available for purchase. Do something for your soul this season of Lent. Come and join us.
